[Resolved] Ezeego — Impolite/Pathetic Customer Service, No Refund, No Cash Back, No Response | |
I had recently used ezeego for the first time after seeing the 25% - 50 % Cashback offers with ICICI Platinum and ICICI Gold Credit Cards. I had booked a ticket on 10th October 2007 using the ICICI Platinum Credit Card by which I am supposed to get 50 % Cashback. Due to personal reasons I had to cancel the ticket sometime later. I have called in several times and got such pathetic replies. Sometimes on further questioning THEY USED TO HANGUP!!!! - I havent received the Refund for the cancelled ticket till now. - Also I havent received any Cashback on the same. Even if the contact center picks up the calls, all the folks provide the same reply, to wait for a few minutes and then they would say "I am logging in a complaint to the Finance Deptt. and I promise that I will get back to you!!", but it never happens and you have to describe the whole history to each analyst when u call them up. EVEN THAT WAS NOT THE END!!! NOW THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY DETAILS ABOUT MY TICKET WITH THEM THOUGH I PROVIDE THEM ALL THE TRANSACTION IDs Et Al !!!!! Now I dont know what to do......we should be banning this site once and for all !!! That should be the only answer to these cheats !!! Or we should ask the Consumer Court/Government officials to have a serious look at this !!! Was this information helpful? | |
