[Resolved] Ezeego1 — no received cash back amount | |
Hi I have booked two tickets on 01-Nov-2011, the Ezeego1 reference number : EZR[protected]/A and EZR[protected]/A. Since 08-Nov-2011, I am chasing with customer care executive for the cash back amount. Finally I got complaint#[protected] on 17-Nov-2011. I have sent mail to CS head also, but no response. Ezeego One Travels & Tours Ltd. customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned. | |

I have booked two tickets from indigo1 , as per site details if you are booking through icici gold credit card you would have 25 % cash back on the amount .. i have not received that cash back till now ..i sent mail to all who communicated to me at the time of booking ..

plz let me know how should i proceed to take the action on this ..
