[Resolved] Ezeego1 — no received cash back amount | |
Hi I have booked two tickets on 01-Nov-2011, the Ezeego1 reference number : EZR[protected]/A and EZR[protected]/A. Since 08-Nov-2011, I am chasing with customer care executive for the cash back amount. Finally I got complaint#[protected] on 17-Nov-2011. I have sent mail to CS head also, but no response. Ezeego1 — no cash back received as per offer
I have booked two tickets from indigo1 , as per site details if you are booking through icici gold credit card you would have 25 % cash back on the amount .. i have not received that cash back till now ..i sent mail to all who communicated to me at the time of booking ..

plz let me know how should i proceed to take the action on this ..
