EzRecharge — amount debited not recharged

Hi I recharged my Reliance GSM mobile for Rs.150 through EZrecharge portal. The track id for the transaction is CCA13FPYF287 via State Bank of India Internet banking. The Bank Ref no. is : IGJ2016896. The amount of Rs.158 including net charges of Rs.8 has been debited from my bank account but my mobile is not recharged for the amount of Rs.150. NIT — negelence in carrying development work

Sir , u have awarded work of laying of pipe lines in martin nagar , jaripatka nagpur to soe contractor he is not doing the work in accordance to the plan , during the rain the roads became unuseable and ther was a lot of problems for the residents pls look into the matter and reply

dear sir
i am having account in axis bank and from my account no.[protected] the amount of Rs.932.91 & Rs.96.09 has been debited as Consolidated Charges for A/c & Service Tax @10.30% on Charge respectively in this month.
sir i don't understand why these amount has debited as already the charges where taken by bank in last month.
please do needful.
