Dear, Sir/ Ma'am I Shima Paul would like to inform you that my gas chimnni was not working properly. I made a complain regarding same before two months in service center of Faber Care. One of your employ has visit and took a motor part for replacement but my problem hasn't been resolve yet and they are not responding to our calls. All details are mention bellow. Therefore, I request you to please resolve our problem as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you for this.
