Ref Service request::HYD[protected] registered on 3rd April, No response till now.
I have raised multiple requests starting from April 1st 2024, On 7th April One technician came and found that my chimney motherboard needs to be replaced.
Since then till today I have not received any response from them yet. They are not responding my call. I just wanted to understand is this the way the team takes care of customer during service....

Faber — Hob malfunctioning

I purchased a HOB FROM FABER in Jan 2023 it was installed in March 2023.
This is the most horrible product i have purchased in my new house.
In first two months all the burners are worn out it seems I am using this product over a decade .replaced one burner also but rest three are in pathetic ...after not even one year use.with this hob my cylinder runs only for 15 days, before this my cylinder use to work for 1 month 15 days.have...
