WE BOUGHT FABER GLACCY COUPLE OF DAYS BACK WE REQUESTED FOR INSTALATION IN BANGALORE, SERVICE ENGG DID COME TO OUR PLACE WITHIN THE COMMITED TIME BUT INSTALLATION WAS NOT COMPLETED (STELL FABRICATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ALTER AND FITTING TO BE DONE) ON INSISTING HIM TO COMPLETE THIS.
HIS ARROGANT REPLY WAS WE DO NOT DO THIS IF REQUIRED YOU CAN CHECK WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE ON CHECKING WE FOUND THE SAME ANSWER..................... AGREED TO THIER LOGIC BUT WHAT STOPPED THEM TO UPDATE CONSUMER PRIOR TO THE VISIT TO ARRANGE FOR THE STEEL CUTTER AT THE TIME FABER SERVICE ENGG SUPPOSE TO COME...................
ON REQUESTING HIM TO WAIT FOR 1/2N HRS SO THAT WE CAN GET THE FABRICATION DONE HIS ANS. WAS HE WILL OR SOME BODY ELSE WILL COME BACK TOMOROW OR DAY AFTER TOMO TO COMPLETE THE SAME..........
