Dear Sir, I was purchased a Chimney of your company( Date of Purchase: 26/06/2007, Model: MARS 750, Dealers Name: Space Interiors, Patna, Bihar). As per the company contract, you as a company given me a LIFE TIME WARRANTY CARD (Card No.PTN- 24024) in this particular model, which I am having still. Now issue is, from last 3 to 4 Month my Chimney is not working & I was registered TWICE time complain from my registered phone no. [protected] in your toll free no., they given me the complain no. with the commitment of next 48 hour servicing, But no One Attend the Complain/Post Sales Service. You also check this in your end. I never expect being a company like Faber Heatkraft given me such a response. Now being a Customer Right which I am having through you, I am again requesting you Pls. Attend my Complain next 1 week otherwise I shall move for the possibility o[censored]NSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
