[Resolved] FACTORY IN RESIDENTIAL AREA — FACTORY RUNNING IN RESIDENTIAL AREA | |
I, Smt. Shobha Rani Chopra wife of Shri Balraj Chopra, aged 70 years, am living in property No. B-56, Jangpura-B, New Delhi-14 alongwith my husband who is above 80 years of age. That one Sh. Ashok Kalra resident of B-80 Jangpura B is in occupation of two L&DO allotted tenaments / Flats bearing No. B-51 and B-91 Jangpura-B, New Delhi -110014. The said Shri Ashok Kalra has employed more than 30-35 labour to make packing boxes and chemical adhesives to do such packing business. The said labour create lot of nuisance / public nuisance and often makes filthy abuses and indulge in quarrels. The said labour keeps commuting between these two factories (B-51 and B-91 Jangpura-B) and make lot of noise thereby making the peaceful living of the residents disturbed and impossible. I have made requests to Shri Ahsok Kalra to stop the nuisance but the said Shri Ashok Kalra has been extending life threats to my family members. He is also trying to tress pass into the common areas meant for parking of vehicles. His labour roams freely in groups and occupy the park meant for the residents infront of our house and they keep peeping in the houses thereby spoiling the atmosphere. The labourers also smoke and drink in public which is bound to adversely affect the children and society. The flats are meant for residence only but the commercial as well as industrial use and illegal activities in the two flats mentioned above is posing a great threat to the life and security of senior citizens in the area and specially in the day time when our children are away to work . The said Sh. Ashok Kalra has been threatening me and family members of false implication in false cases so as to prevent us from complaining against the wrongful and illegal activities and nuisance being created by him and his workers /employees. Sh. Ashok Kalra is also threatening to illegally tress pass the common area meant for public passages and utility and also the park for use of the senior citizens. Sh. Ashok Kalra and his workers are habitually intimidating the local residents and children by show of force and violence and there is affray. The workers bath in public and make public toileting and littering making the environment unhealthy and polluted. You are therefore requested to take the necessary action against Shri Ashok Kalra and his workers in accordance with the provision of Delhi Police Act and Indian Penal Code and provide safety and security to our life and property. i m staying in sarai peepal thala extension behind hotel seven sea adarsh nagar delhi. sir there are 3-4 factories which are making our living harsh.They always create problem for us and we have contacted many M.C.D officers before but they were not showing any interstin it. sir we will highly obliged if you sort out our prblm...yours obliged

unauthorised — industrial activity in residential colony
SirThis is mehtab and iam resident of 34/A single storey Ramesh Nagar. On the first floor of the house there is an factory for ironing and electric pressing with is running illegally in residential premises, i have also lodged acomplaint in electicity board but they did nothing.this is also causing an unsecured environment for the residents of the building.kindly take firm action against with immidiate effect

I am a resident at 1st Main, 7th B Cross, Srigandanagar, Hegganahalli, Bangalore -560091, and opposite to the resident there is an Tool & Die making factory viz., Venkateshwara Engineering is producing a noise pollution in the area. We had raised an complaint to all the authorities about the issue in the past and nothing has been changed, Few official had came and spoken with the owner and went, but nothing has been changed till yet. The owner Venkatesh started acting rudely on us after the complaint we had made against him. Since then intentionally he make the factory to work all the day. Its becoming an scratchy for us to stay in peace in the house.
Now he is planning to expand the unit to his neighbors property with some dealing between them.
That factory will work all the 24 hours, and produces a noise even during the sleepy hours. The owner of the factory Venkatesh, he vigorously speaking about us when we had made the complaint last time and he speaks like 'No body can close the unit and they cannnot do anything for me'.
Can you please advice me about this issue, because lot of students and old peoples are staying near to the area and that will be causing lot of noise pollution in the surrounding areas. We go home to relax, but we are finding that is an hazel to resist and live.

This is to bring to your notice that there is a factory in Charkop that is causing noise pollution and disturbing sleep of all societies near it.
The factory is starting its operation at 2 A.M in the morning everyday, including Sundays. It actually never shuts down (24x7 operations). A complaint for the same was also given in the BMC Mahavir Nagar, but no action has been taken till date.
There are thugs employed by the factory so I wish to keep my name anonymous. The factory has huge air exhausts and machines that make the nearby society building shake and vibrate and its impossible to sleep. Also the air is full of kerosene and other chemical smells at night which causes sickness and cough.
Please help us as this factory is ruining our peace of mind and peoples right to rest. They are getting away doing all this illegal work and causing noise pollution.
We would not be complaining if it was a one off day, but this factory is relentless in its operations with total disregard to public and legal obligations.
Please guide us or forward this mail to the correct department who can address this matter.

2. It is being established on the site from which the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board Lucknow on the direction of Honorable Supreme Court of India removed the factory named the Agro Engineers and Fabricators Gali No. 1, Phool Bagh Colony Near Suraj Kund Meerut, about five years ago.

We are seeking your help on one illegal iron fabrication Factory Shakti Engineering in 28, Neer Nagar Bicholi Mardana road, Near Blue Water Park Indore. This Colony is pure residential and this factory is operating illegally and spreading huge noise pollution in the neighbor. There are 6-8 workers in this factory and you can understand their nature of job whole day they Beat the iron rods and use heavy machine to grind the irons and when all workers do this job you can imagine the level of pollution and nuisance they are producing in neighbor. Whole day we have to bear this nuisance our old age parents who stay at home they need some rest at day time even they are sick even for our kids it is not possible to sit at home it impacts their studies as well. We were frustrated with our life where you cant even sit at your home peacefully for a minute. Also We want to highlight one main point here that they use whole 30 x 50 plot area under they keep their machines and factory runs on main road.. Please help we are being killed by this factory every moment. Several complaint around 25 families made to Pollution control board indore but no action is taken yet merely forwarding the complaint to nagar nigam indore. Sir as per law it is offence to spread noise and air pollution in residential area please help and take action .
