I have a policy no.[protected], i have paid the premium through ecs system.but last three month your ecs
system is failed for my policy. i have paid the premium through cash. i have visited your k.g.marg delhi
office for four times but your representative did not entertain me.they did not agree to receive the premium
in cash.i have call to you gurgaon toll free no. for 20 times but their is no result in this regards.now i am interested to know who is responsible for this harresment.kindly let us know in this regard.
