Vodafone — fake postpaid tariff plan

wel...when i gave a request to convert my prepaid connection into post paid, the vodafone executive told me the 499 plans as
rent - rs 499
free mins to local and std mobiles - 664
sms - 499 local
but after the plan got activated on my no...an executive who visited my house told me that there is no such plan...and i would get only 499 mins free on local and std mobiles in place of 664 mins...
i am very much agitated with the false comitment the vodafone employees make just to sell their connections...i have called customer care many times but they have no resolution and they dont bother at all after selling their connection...at last the customer has to suffer...

Vodafone — Fake POstpaid Plan

I have migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid plan on the plan conveyed to me by a vodafone customer care executive. The plan which they conveyed to me was:
Monthly Rental: 125 Rs
Local call: Vod to Vod -> 10paise
Vod to others: 99paise
Std: 2.40Rs
SMS: Local 1Rs, STD 2Rs, International 5Rs
Talktime: 100Rs every month

i had took two connections for this plan. But when the number was activated they conveyed to me a totally different plan and said that there might be some misunderstanding and there is no such plan which was conveyed to me in the beginning. Till date they have not provided me any resolution for the same. and now they are forcing me to pay the bill amount however till now they have not confirmed me regarding my Bill Payment Plan. All the time i call the customer care they give me a complaint number and dont provide me any resolution. i have called the customer care 4 to 5 times. My recent complaint number is:[protected]

Gaurav, actually, the executive who visited your place may not be properly informed about the tariff plan. It is a fact that the tariff of Rs. 499 plan and 664 free mins is applicable for local as well as STD. But there is a rider, the said plan can only be availed for new connection.

This is the regulaf habit of the Vodafone. At the time of selling they will say something else but while using u will get something different.
