[Resolved]  Family Health Plan (Tpa) Limited (Fhpl.net) — Delay in claim reimbursement

Hi,

I have a medical insurance cover from FHPL (fhpl.net) through my company. My wife went under surgery in July and was discharged from the hospital on 16th of July. I submitted all the documents on 11th august. As per the company rules, all claims have to be submitted within one month of discharge. Despite doing so my claim was rejected and the reason given was "Delay Submission". After lots of follow up they said that its under processing.

Now they are not responding to my calls and saying that i shall contact my HR.

Kindly do the needful urgently as this is really getting weird.

I visited Columbia Asia hospital Whitefield, as my Mom had severe pain in Hands and Shoulder, I had this FHPL insurance I checked with the insurance people they told you carry on with Admission and after admission and treatment, By evening the Insurance people have denied the cashless claim. And told all nonsense and fooled us. this is one of worst insurance i have ever seen. Please BEWARE of these FRAUD insurance, they are useless Only if something major surgery only you can claim, Is what i heard from them. THis is Stupid thing. Please DONT GO for it.

Its a WASTE of MONEY
I have taken family mediclaim from fhpl. My claim no is 941359. I have submitted all my claim documents on 9th jan 2015, but still I haven't got my claim amount. I have been regularly following up with concern department over phone and mail. Every time they ask for furthe more time. I have checked with hospital as well and they said nothing is pending from their end.
Please look in to the matter.

I have been regularly following up with concern department over phone (Kalpana, harish, deepak ) and mail (deepak, shekhar, jagdish). Every time they ask for furthe more time. I have checked with hospital as well and they said nothing is pending from their end. Very pathetic service. This is a worst decision I have taken to take mediclaim from FHPL.

Zero star fhpl. My father have right retina detachment problem. in this case he cant see .vision problem.this surgery is done at emergency case I am apply for calim but they are not pass the claim and every time query n all.you r not submit this document and all this nonsence thing.they say submit old document like my fathrr cataract surgy done in 2002 these surgy docment give wanna this claim prosess is not gone and why you selct this Hospital not others..

FHPL is the worst .I will list out the difficulties I faced: My claim ID's are 1838636 and 1867635

1) Applied for insurance by FEB 25 2018 my first claim amount I received in September 2018 after 7 months.
2) Second claim still I haven't received. I got message from FHPL that everything is processed and amount will be debited within few days 7 months back and still my claim amount I have not received
3)Helpline people have no updates regarding this issue.
4)When thinking about poor people I am worried how they will be able to esculate these issues.

From My point of view I am not going to my family ever with FAMILY HEALTH PLAN INSURANCE.IT IS THE WORST. PEOPLE TAKE INSURANCE SO THAT IN TIMES OF NEED THEY HELP US OUT. I am going to wait for 2 to 3 more months after that when 1 year completes I will sue them as I don't have any other way
