[Resolved] Fashion And You.com — Fashionandyou.com cheating customers by not delivering the product. | |||
I had purchased an item worth Rs.1699 from www.fashionandyou.com on Jan 7, 2013. The product has not been delivered till date and they have updated the status for the order as Delivered without any proof. The status on the Courier site i.e. Professional Courier is still showing as in transit. The customer care of fashionandyou.com is not fit for anything. They have the same reply for past 2 months that they are unable to get the proof of delivery or any status from the courier guys. We have tried to escalate the case for n number of times but nothing seems to workout. Please never go for shopping to such sites which are not at all customer friendly and want to gain money by cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please write an email complaint to gurgaon commissioner of police. Also raise an fraud alert with your bank and CCavenues is facilitating this scam and helping loot innocent customers. Write a complaint to them as well. Fashionandyou.com seems to be ripping off thousands of innocent customers. There are numerous complaints all over google and facebook.

Am Sandeep from Hyderabad .online i have ordered D&G branded ladies watch on 30/01/2011 Order number 219281 made payment through credit card according to website watch should be delivered with in 2-3 weeks from the date of order but there failed to deliver it on time so i called up customer care on 18/02/2011 to know the status so there said going to deliver with in 48Hrs so i called again after 2days so again i got same answer with in next 48Hrs after that i called called many times there ware just bluffing and postponing the dates finally there called me 4th or 5th of march ans said we dint get the watch from company so we can not deliver so we are canceling your order and money will be credited back to your account with in next 48hrs but till now i dint get my money back or watch so please help me and punish that company for making people fool and making use of people money
