I placed the following order [protected]- ananda Kurti and [protected]-Omax Intensity on April 14 2011 Under order no 353653. The total cost of the order was 385 + 695 + shipping charges = 1180 INR. Finally on 19 june i got my order 353653 from Blue dart under COD mode of payment. I gave the complete amount and checked on the packet that both the things are mentioned.And i accepted the parcel. However my mental trauma started when i opened the parcel and i found that only one item was inside and Ananda kurti was missing. I immediately called the customer service and spoke to the agent and the supervisor Mr Ashish Sharma, and tried to explain that one order is missining and i need the credit or my money back.. My trauma didnt end here, i was asked to send the invoice and we would credit.. but no apologies w, no support was given to me... it was a very bad experince and no quality check and assurance was given to me that my order would be delivered and Mr Ashsih sharma kept on syaing we understand.. but i didnt feel from the converstaion that yes i will get my credit. I work in American xpress and i feel sorry with the customer service and resolution. I was not even sent a email by the customer support that pleae do the following things.. I am not going to place any order unless i receive the credit andd would alos like to tell my colleagues about my experince with fashion and you. I would request you to refund MY MONEY .. in my account so that i can buy something with no shipping charges on the next item.. I hope you understand the agony i am going through and Value that FASHION and YOU wuld not loose a valauble customer..
