[Resolved] Fast Track Call Taxi — last minute harassment | |||
I have booked a call taxi from fast track chennai in the morning around 9 am on 07 May 2012 to pick up at santhosha puram chennai and drop at chennai central station. I have asked for tata tavera vehicle at 8.45pm. my booking No was 6203, since I have not got any message till 8pm about the driver and vehicle I rang up fast track, the telephone operator told me that the vehicle will come in time. I waited till 8.30 pm and not received any information about the vehicle, again I rang up fast track, some other operation telephone replied that no vehicle can be provided at the time asked for, may get delayed by an hour or so, we have to catch a train for Mumbai, I had to run around for a transport at that eleventh hour, it never happened with fast track first bitter experience, management has to pull up their staff.
