[Resolved] Fast Track — Worst unreliable service from fast track | |||
We have booked fast track taxi at 1900Hrs for travelling from KK Nagar to Madanandapuram at 2130Hrs with Two small kids. The booking was confirmed. At about 2125 we called fast track, with the booking clerk cutting the call multiple times without speaking. Fourth time when we could talk to the clerk, we were given drivers number. The driver told he is in another trip and cannot come for us and that he has already informed the fast track booking office. Now this being the situation we called the office again, with no proper response and they told we have to call the driver only. After 5 minutes they called back and informed that we have to make alternate arrangements, since their vehicle has broke down (a blunt lie they have told us as the driver was telling us he is in another trip). Each time we were talking to the booking clerk they were talking in arrogant way and cutting the call without speaking fully or explaining the things. I urge the users of rented cars that they should NEVER USE FAST TRACK, as they are arrogant, opportunistic, and customer unfriendly. Was this information helpful? | |||

i face a similar problem, very poor, irritating fellows, i have booked 8 hrs before also, its too waste. Don't book fast track, very poor response and uneducated call-center fellows, poor management. please try other services

After giving them another chance, by making another reservation on a different day, the people from office told us that they reserved a booking for us. When we didn't get a call from cab driver even before 5 mins, we called the office and they told us that they cancelled the reservation. This is a high level of testing patience...!!!
Guys.. Now it's up to you to wake up and to take a decision
