[Resolved] Fastway Cable Set Top Box — Improper installation and avoidance of repeated complaints | |||
It has been more than a month now, We had this installation of set top box on 14th May, 2012, and since then, the cable quality is disgusting. I have made repeated complaints to FastWay and every time I am assured that the issue will be resolved in the next 4-6 hours. Today is 17th June and the issue is no where to be addressed. The Fastway support staff never ever gets back to me asking if the issue has been resolved. They took the phone number of my cable operators too, but the kind of response I get is, " The cable operator has been contacted and he says that the problem will be solved as soon as possible." And this "as soon as possible" has not arrived in one month. I feel that I have been cheated by Fastway in connivance with my Cable Operator. This is disgusting. I am from 486, Sector 10, Panchkula.
