[Resolved]  Fastway — sound output is not working in setup box services provided by Fastway Cable

I wish to complaint that I had called 3 times at[protected] to get rectify my setup box as sound output is not coming out of it and the complaint number are[protected] dated 25.09.2013,[protected] dated 28.09.2013 and[protected] dated 02.10.2013. I had also made so many calls at my regional complaint office at[protected] and till now I have not got any response. kindly do needful in above matter to solve my problem.
