[Resolved]  FastWay Transmission — No after sales service or care

Stupid i was to have changed from tata sky to fast way. They just dont bother about customer.No after sales care.No channels are coming ,only fw logo and the[protected] each time say they have noted down the complaint ! What a sarkari attitude ! Their office phones are not answering , mobiles are not answering. They say they work from 9 to 9 and i have been calling since 7:30 without any reply. Their clocks strike 9 at 7:30 perhaps and its their booze time !! Hello with work and customers !!! Had i been owner or incharge here, i would have kicked all staff here in the middle of their backs.
