Through Rediff Shopping I had purchased an organic dvd player order no. 4637315 which was delivered on 18th June, when i opened it i found the product defective and requested for a replacement by contacting Rediff through the internet. The courier service came to pick the product on 30th June 08 and till date (16th August) i haven't received my replacement neither a cask back. I contacted rediff through feedback email but they haven't got back to me.
I've also contacted the Courier Service - Aramax who collected my defective product, but they too haven't received any information or courier from Rediff.

Last month i purchased rain jackets from rediff shopping worth Rs 514. but when i received them they were not even worth Rs.50 or even worth being couriered. The quality is worthless, I travel by bike so i need a raincoat to protect me from rains, but this gets me even more wet. The only thing rediff know well is displaying its products and getting them sold, later we suffer. Now i'm afraid of getting this jacket exchanged too, cause i may be left with nothing!!! I've spent 1789+514 Rs. on Rediff and im not at all satisfied.
If there is anyone from rediff reading this kindly start a call center where i can speak and get to know my order status!!!
