This time again I am not getting my subscriber's copy since Jan2009. I have telephonically complained many time at their Pune Office but to no avail. Femina subscription — JULY,09 EDITION

I have opted for 1 year subsription of Femina.My complaint is that I have received all the issues very late.And I have not yet received any issue for July, 09 whereas my colleague has received both the July, 09 issues.

Sometimes the gift is also missing with the magazine.

Although I have telephonically lodged the complaint three times but no action has been taken till date. Kindly look into the matter as it is really frustrating.

I've subscribed for Femina magazines from the month of March 09. however, i'vent received any June nor the July issues. My complaint ID is 25919727..

I was supposed to receive all the issues last monday as committed by the customer care..
