[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Delay in Delivery of Courier

First flight claims the third day delivery but it delayed my courier due to which my application form for a job of asst. professor in punjab university was rejected. It is unfortunate that it reached to delhi only in one day, after that they delayed it four days to deliver it at chandigarh. I despatched it on 23 march and delivered on 29 march instead of claimed that 25 march.

My courier c.no is U42235040 . I booked my courier dated 20/12/11 & it contain cheqe . This cheqe is to be submitted to my builder besteck pvt ltd.by 23/12/11 . I have checked on first flight tracking system & it is showing in TRANSIT for last 12 hrs. i am calling customer care number[protected] but it never connects . it seems it is out of service. i tried gurgaon office & they gave me patna office number[protected] & they also told me that the courier has been dispatched by train & not by flight & so it is in route . i am trying to contact patna office but no one picks up the phone. It is really disgusting that courier company like first flight is working in such a manner . they charge so heavely & send courier by train & non of there office or customer service phone is working.
Try to understand customer proble. Your service has really become very bad & your company is behaving like a thirdclass local courier company.

First Flight Couriers — Missed my documents

Company is First flight. They have missed my parcel.They do not answer to any of the contact numbers given on the receipt or on their website. This has caused monetary loss to me and caused mental agony. Please help.
