[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Non delivery o[censored]rgent medicine

Sir,

I had handed over a packet of homeopathic medicines from Kanpur for Vadinar, JamNagar Gujrat on 25/02/09, which was very urgent. The Agent accepted the packet after making it confirm that the service is available for the place. After Ten days, I was informed that the packet is returned because there is no first flight service at vadinar. He even didn't return my Rs.101 as according to him it was 'spent' in sending and coming back of the material. I am in much stress with their behavior and want to lodge a complain. I have all the documentary evidences against them.
