Sir, It is to bring to your notice that I had parceled things to my daughter through First Flight Courier Services on 2nd Feb,2010 consignment no.J42477994 from gorakhpur to pune but it wasn't delivered till date and when tried to contact at the regional office of pune i got a very poor response.Now the situation is they are not even picking my call.so i was left with no other options but to complain you.kindly pay attention to the same.
