[Resolved] First Flight — Courier | |||
Courier sent to Tauru still hasnt reached. its been a week now. Status- Insufficient address when address on it is correct, i have sent couriers before to the same address and the phone no. is on it. First Flight doesnt bother to look into it. None of their emails are correct on the site, complain form wont submit and they wont pick up the calls! Worst customer service ever. I also faced same issue. I have tried to call and email on all available contact numbers and email Ids. No one is picking calls and email not delivered. Are they fake email Ids? Phone numbers are coming busy also but when calling they are not picking up. How this can be possible? The worst ever service I have seen till date.
