I have sent one gift item to one of my friend from Bangalore to Hyderabad. First there was no intimation on the delivery for 3 days. Then on my apporach I came to know that it has been delivered to some wrong address. Customer care in Bangalore or Hyderabad was not reachable over phone. I managed to get hold one of the numbers and got a new number for Hyderabad office. To my surprise they accuse me that i may have given the wrong address. On my retiliation; they agreed that the packet has been misplaced and some one will come back to me before EOD. But as expected there was not a single intimation for next 2 days. After 10 days of struggling and pain; i got Hydearbad manager number. She assured me that the case will be closed within 1 day. But the story continues and I am still waiting for the case to be closed. On my call again, she told that the Packet has been lost and i can claim for insurance. Now i have spend time and money again to complain and follow up. I am not only dissapointed but also irritated by the careless behaviour of such a Logistic company.
