I have booked my IMPORTANT documents alongwith demand draft, thro' First Flight-Shingada Talo-Nashik city office vide FF dkt no. M72896870 dated 19th May 2010, after confirming thro' FF's booking executive having the delivery destination hub available. The delivery date was given 21/5/2010 ( FF's punch line is delivery within 48 hours, anywhere in India).
The consignment was booked for- Chathisgad Institute of Technology(CIT), Near Parrinala, Rajnandgaon City.
The said consignment was return backed on 27/5/2010, informing that their is no destination hub. But after visiting to First Flight-Shingada Talo-Nashik city office(ph[protected]/3204441) and discussing, it was observed that in Rajnandgaon their are 6-7 First Flight offices and any one could have delivered the said consignment.The case was then refered to FF's manager-Mr.Kiran Jagtap & he assured to deliver the same back within 48 hours. I was continuously behind FF& tracing the consignment. On 30th May 2010, I had checked the status on net & sent a mail to FF-Nashik & inform them that the said consignment is still at FF Bhillai branch mentioing- "Satellite station scheduled for next day delivery". I was continuously in touch with FF-Nashik and assurance was given that it will be delivered today.
Now it is almost 120 hours, but after tracking thro' net, the said consignment is still at Bhillai branch from 29/5/2010 -mentioning - "Satellite station scheduled for next day delivery"
This lethargic & irresponsible approach of First Flight has incurred Financial losses of @ 10 Lacs & if the said consignment is not delivered today, I am going to sue a case against FF.

to the consignee nor returned to the consignor and fate of the cover is not known. Your local office, who had taken delivery of the cover from our
office are unable to give any information about the same.
I am a Chartered Accountant and have been using your courier regularly. I am sure, the official concerned, after seeing this mail, will take immediate
action in locating the consignment and deliver it to the consignee without any further loss of time. Otherwise, the cover may be returned to me
(consignor).
