THEFT OF ARTICLE FROM PARCEL
I had sent 2 electronic items and a archies card to my sister on 26th march through first flight courier services for her birthday. When she collected the parcel from the company one of the items of the parcel a Sony mp3 player was missing.
This is clearly a case of theft as the mp3 player was packed infront of me in the parcel. The contents of the parcel were also clearly noted down by the parcel company. On contacting the courier services later I was told that it wasnt their responsibilty wen something like this happens. Where as while dispatching when I asked them to insure the contents of the parcel I was told that there was no need to do so by the person incharge. C. No. M14249889. Sent on 26 March weighing 750gms from Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra. Recieved on 3rd April weighing 690 gms and mp3 player missing at Bhathinda, Punjab.

First Flight — parcel content incomplete

Dear sir,
I sent a courier through First flight from lucknoe to varanasi on 17th june 2011. it was a content of 12 CD and DVD.( 11 were of bhakti category nad 1 was of hindi film.) it was delivered on 20th june with only 11 bhakti CD'''s and 12th one was missing . i comlaint to the First flight but despite false assurances nothing came in my hand.

First Flight Courier — Loss of parcel enroute

Hi,
I had sent a parcel to my parents contained some important documents from Gurgaon (Haryana) to Faridkot (Punjab). I had been calling them to enquire for the courier but they said that it will be delievered but was not, then said we need some time to deliver it, n now they say it is lost. It has been more than 2 weeks since i had complained but i know nothing about my courier yet.I want to know who is responsible for this.
Plz send parcels at ur own risk, as this is a worst courrier company i have come across.

hello all, i sent a courier from chandigarh to jalandhar on 21st feb from blazeflash couriers. The courier has to be delievered by 24th feb as it was urgent. The courier by mistake they sent to jagadhari first and today when the courier recieves two articles were missing. They are not picking phne. Docket no. Is[protected]. Main thng why the courier being opened and things also are lost.
