[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Service — Irregularities and Misleading informations in Delivery

HI, I had 2 consignemtne contating Original passports dispateched on 24-Sep-2011 from Kanpur location . We were specificaly charged for it being Passports , we were charged extra and we were told as per company policy for 2 passport they will dispatch 2 consignments .
We di the same , this packates were for Greater Noida loaction and on packet , it was told to specifically told to give a call on cell for delivery .

We took specially leave to collect this packets at home , but nobody turned up from First flight courier service and online status for both packets was updated incorrectly , that party not available , while the actyual scene was packet was not in hub even . i struggeled hard to get the status of it with noida sec 2, noide Pahse 2 and greater noida locations to collect it . i was everytime told .. there is no status till tuesday evening .. wednesday morning i was told packeta are in Noida Sec Phase 2, i went there to colelct .. then i was told that these have been displateched for Greater Noida lcoation .

It was a big mess for me and its the scene when the courier was conatining Original Passports and that was charged also specifically .

I want to make complaints and want compentation against it , as i had to file VISA and that got deilayed for 1 week because of this mess and as per vis apolicy i have already booked my tickets for the travel .

Its a big rosk for me to get the Visa onn time now . more over the mess which was in my lfie because of these is not tolerable when we are charged highly for very confidential and urgent docuements .
