hai, iam manikandan. i am sending one letter at singapore to thirunelveli district on 07/11/2010. until 16/11/2010 the letter no delivery. i am already calling to valliyoor branch . but the phone anybody not responsible. my courier receipt number is A78136900. pls search and delivery immediatly. my singapore hand phone number is[protected]
My Courier no A78127762, courier is dispatched from chennai dated 05.01.2011(adayar ) to valliyoor .still now it is not delivered by me. i can not get the details from online also. because in online status - delievered time and date is empty.

This has reference to the Consignment No.[protected] sent in the last week of May 2010 from Mumabi to Kolkata but the same has not been received by the person concerned till date.
The above mentioned courier was sent from the Galaxy Courier Service, 80B, 1456 Samata Nagar, opp Thakur College/ HDFC Bank, Kandivali (E) Mumbai 400101.
Even after the several calls to the officers of the Galaxy Courier Service, there has not been any satisfactory response. We then asked for the numbers at Kolkata where we can enquire about the same then we have been provided with the following numbers to contact : [protected]/2/3/4, We have been trying these number since yesterday but no one bothers to take the call. This is very sad on your part that a courier is not delivered within stipulated time. This is definetly hampering the image of your concern.
Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status as I am already too harassed.
