GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE A STRICT ACTION TO STOP THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICE FOR CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. Hi, I would like to inform you that ,I had sent a Rakhi from first flight courier from Ahmedabad to Jabalpur on 14 Aug 2013 on 16th Aug 2013 when I wanted to track the courier I tried several time but could not track as all its service providers like web tracking and sms tracking were failed.when I contacted to Ahmedabad dealer I was informed that the courier is already in Jabalpur .but when on 20th Aug 2013 the day of Raksha Bandhan my brother didnt get the courier I contacted Jabalpur office, a lady in the office told us to call after two hours then she will inform me if the courier has been sent to their office .After two hours I called her in her office for several time I think more than 2000 times I called her but every time either she didnot respond to the call or disconnect my call or disconnect after few microseconds of receiving the call so that I pay call charges as well. Now I just want to know what type of customer service it is ?.And this Raksha Bandhan my brother didnot get Rakhi it has really hurt my feelings. so I just want my total expenses back with interest from the first flight courier service.
