[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Couriered stuff is lost,empty envelope delivered | |||
Hi, I sent a courier from First flight to my home town. I gave it to the First flight collection centre at Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune. The lady committed me that the courier will reach in next 2 days and also weighed the courier packet. According to weight, she charged me around Rs. 90. The courier consisted of 2 documents and a Leather wallet (for gift). The courier was received in 2 days time on the destination but to our surprise it was an empty packet. The wallent and documets were not present in the packet. I have been following up with First flight office at Pune - Deepali and she has just been telling me to call next day. It has been 1 and half weeks now but there is no concrete action from the First flight. I have also mailed to the customer care deptt but there is still no response. THIS IS TO INFORM YOU HAT WE HAD SENT TWO ENVELOPE ON 14.3.14 BEARING AIRWAY BILL NO. G [protected] AND G[protected] BUT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT REACHED. WE TRIED TO CALL BARODA OFFICE BUT NO SOLUTION HAS COME OUT PL TAKEIMMEDIATE ACTION AS IT VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT

First Flight Couriers — pan card not received
I have not received my pan card that was sent via airway bill no B991Q3958242. Tracking shows, it has been delivered to purnea i.e at the wrong address. please send it. my adress is 95-circular road, anand bazaar, danapur cantt, patna - 801503, biharparcel not recevied

I send a courier to chennai and in status it shows insuffient address but I send many courier to same address from First Flight. Pls help me urgent. It contains a very urgent document and the customer care of gurgaon office don't pick up phone and our dealer also do same. Please help usThanx
