[Resolved]  Firstsource — Home Based Call Center Fraud

An Advertisement was given in 'The Hindu Classifieds' on 22nd August 2010 and & 'Malai Malar' on 28th August 2010 as follows:

"CALL CENTER process for home/ Company only domestic inbound process with languages English/ Hindi/ local and all facilities training andcontracts from M.N.C. Ct:[protected] ."

When contacted over phone, a person named Tarun Reddy asked for our Profile and an Application form to be filled and emailed. After a few days he sent an email from [protected]@writeme.com stating that we have been approved to conduct the call center. The said charges for Accessories, Training and Services provided was 113000/-. He sent an SMS stating his Axis Bank account number [protected]. We completed depositing 115000 in part payments as he said over phone after which he completely absconded himself immediately. His mobile nos [protected]/84 were unavailable till now. We realised that we have been scammed.

We request you to freeze the above mentioned Bank Account and trace the absconding person.
