Respected sir, I am SK.RASHEED AHMAD(Emp id.655883 and avaya id 716134) .I have worked as csa in firstsource pvt ltd for 1 year during the period 18-apr-2013 to 18-jun-2014. I have left this job by serving the notice period of 15 days as per the company norms. As per this i left the job in june month but the company especially my TL, MANAGER, and the RESPECTIVE CLIENT havent paid the incentives of 2 months april, may respectively. More over they giving the update as incentives are not paid for attrition employees. I have resigned the job in june but not in aprii and may. They had given the lots of pressure on us to do those incentives as chordiant and supercc by promoting them on calls to customers of vodafone prepaid numbers. Finally they arent willing to pay those incentives . But this is not the correct way. Please i want justice. I want that incentives at any cost. Because i have worked hard for them during my job.
