[Resolved]  fly 2040L — very bad service

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased one FLY 2040L Metal Mobile vide invoice no.[protected] dt. 27.7.08 from HOTSPOT RETAIL LTD, Ground floor 317, Uttam main bazarm chandni chowk Delhi 110006. Further this is to up date that I have Filed a complaint vide TAG NO. 238, DT. 15.10.08, at your Authorised Dealer- GNH TELECOM, 1st floor Tilak Bhawan, Sharma Mkt, Atta chowk, Noida, where I have informed that colour of Front panel is faded beyond acceptabe limits, Battery Back up is very poor, Mobile switched off on its own lying in pocket. Now, after two month of rigouous laisoning between your vendor, authorizes dealer I couldn't find any amicable solution. Now i feel your concerned people ary trying to ignore the complaint and in the mean while time is passing by and so does the waranty may lapse. Here I am compelled to write straight to the company for laps is in servieces by your representatives in the market. This is my Humble request to kindly consider the problem faced by me w.r.t. Your companies Hand set and try to reslove that as soon as possibe. If were able to help, I will be thankful and grateful to your company.Otherwise there are numerous option available in the open market where legal intervention at various levels is possibe. Although it's a mention only and i am not intrested in any consumer Court proceedings. as on date. But if it becomes compulsive on account of your inactiveness i wiil be bound to take such assistance. its all upon you and my earnest request is to get the things resolved as soon as possible amicably. I have purchased fly 2040L in 2007 by paying Rs. 5, 000. Paint from the case peeled off after 6 months. After one year while making calls or receiving calls it automatically goes off. Authorised Service centre of Fly mobile at Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore told that this is because of software problem. Hence they reinstalled the software. Same day when I started to use the mobile same problem continued. Again they reinstalled the software. But the problem not solved. Now this mobile is useless. There are limited Fly service centres in bangalore. If I go there also they are not able to service the mobile and make the mobile to work. What is wrong in the mobile I donot know.
FLY Mobile - Authorized Service center Jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore.

Bad and delayed Service at Jayanagar 4th Block. Keeps mobile for 25 to 30 days without doing any repair. Multiple reminders required.

All consumers do not buy FLY Mobile. It seems to have lots and lots of problems.

Rs. 5700/- down the drain in less than One year and very bad service.
