fly 2040L — no exchange

I pursahse a Fly Mobile on Subhiksha Stroe on Sunday evening at 7:45 Pm. but it has some problem in mobile i.e it's Usb port on working on computer.

that's why i was going to shubhiksha to return this mobile now its 9:00Pm or Unfortunately subhiksha shutter half down. the gatekeeper of shubhiska said to me "please come tommorow

next dat after attened my collage when i'was reach on shubhiksah center & say that i want exchange my mobile. the mobile store head miss shivani miss-behave with me & Say rubbish things like shut up, & shouting. & say that she was not able to change by mobile .
I m asking a complaint centre no. but she don't give it to me.

I want a change my mobile & wish -next time no customer goin on this satage & feel insulting.

fly 2040L — poor after sales service

I had purchased a fly mobile 2040L on 5.10.2007 from a dealer Wavetel communications located at No.333, salma complex, arcot road, chennai-600024.On Day 3 the charger wasn't working.I had to get it replaced.
Battery wasn't lasting even for one whole day and i had to get it replaced in the next few weeks.
Again my charger wasn't working and i had give it for servicing on 17.6.2008 and got it replaced.
Now my keypad isn't working and given it for servicing on 18.7.2008 and yet to get it repaired from Adonis electronics pvt ltd. onida house, 4th lane, nungambakkam high road, chennai-34.The answer given to me everytime is the spare is yet to arrive.
Luckily my one year warranty is in place.
Otherwise it would have been still worse.
Apart from all the above problems the silver colour on the phone peeled off during the next few months which made the phone look really awful.One of the reasons for having purchased the phone was it's silver colour.
I deeply regret for having choosen the worst mobile available anywhere in the country.

Fly is the worst worst mobile i have never see.All people complained who bought that fly.So you will go to the nearest servicing center.They will give another charger.I also facing same problem.

Yes sir.I have also faced same problems.i have never seen such worst cell.

fly 2040L — poor service and poor quality

Ihave purchased a fly 2040L mobile on 26/9/07 at Tirupathi of Andrapradesh. Its key pad is not working hence given to their authorised service center. they are telling that it may take at least one month for changing of spare parts as fly company will not send spares immediately. this will create highest inconvenience to the customer as he can not buy a new mobile for the period delayed by the company, further has to suffer both mentally and financially.

I buy fly2040L its very worst and its battery backup was worst.
so please dont buy fly mobiles.its only waste of money.
I need fly2040L phone tools i gave my mail id if any one have pls send it to me.

plzzz its my sincere advice not to buy any sort of fly mobiles.

I purchased fly 2040L on 3 november 2007.On october 2008, my
right sisde keypad (3, 6, 9, #) and (clear, end) key did not respond.
Its battery too drains quickly.WORST MOBILE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

I purchased fly2040l mobil handset in hydreabad kukatpally at ganesh mobile stores on 27/10/2007. after six months the charger was not working, and i went to buy new charger from ganesh mobile stores they told too much cost about Rs 500/-. so now used duplicate charger and also internet brousing is very difficult work and the battery is quickly discharges.

i agree wit all u guys. even i had bought sx210 model sum 6 months back nd it is the worst mobile i have ever seen==> poor battery backup, very delicate, paint comes off very easily, does not connect with pc suite, nd even the sound quality is very bad.Out of these 6 months 3 months the mobile was with the service center...nd a great disadvantage is that you dont get the panels, cover or software for this mobile..nd also this mobile is lot similar to the korean set which u could get for cheap...so i advice evry one not to go for this mobile...

it is the worst mobile.
feels like killing the owners.
all my money went in vail...
