[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — Warranty Service of Fly Mobile

Just go through my mail that i have sent to Fly mobile Service.

Dear Sir,

My Ack.Slip No. NGP-690816-FLY-V30. Its on the name of PRIYA GAIKWAD. I would like the status of my Phone. My phone already had submitted twicely with Dead Problem Condition. At present phone is in your custody and its under observation. (means r u doing experiment with my cell?). Its a stupid thing.

Earlier also had given my Phone for repair with ACK. No. NGP656597-FLY-V30. That time to it had taken near about a month to return back the phone. But strange thing, the phone that i had got in same condition(dead condition). So how can I rely on your Service of esteem Interenational Company like you. I have already spent my 2 month to getting the reliable Service. But not yet got any positive responce.

Sir, I have made couples of enquiry from Your Nagpur Office. But i have received any positive responce, -they only respondes with they have parked my phone to Chennai Office and they have wont tell the how many days to take the repair it. I have got very bad experience from your Nagpur Office. There is Mr. Ram - your executive, i have wasted my valuable time and money with him on the phone. I have not any little faith on Nagpur Office. Please go throughte both the Acknowledgement Slip and requesting to check the Date of Boarding my Phone.

I am requesting you to Repair and return my phone with good condition within a week. I expect you will revert to this mail with current status within a day (24 hour). I am preparing to lodge a complaint agianst you in Consumer Forum.

maine apna phone thik hone ke liye apke laxmi nagar ke servise statioan main diya tha lakin wo ab kai dino se nahi khual raha hai. mujhe mera mobile kise milaga.

Myself Amit Kumar Living in Delhi. I Purchased a Fly Mobile Model no. SL600 and its IMEI no:[protected] from Subhiksha Mobile Store no date of 08/03/08. But mobile is not working properly from month of August. At first I took that set to Tele Talk Communication in Bhajanpur they declared that set is dead and changed the IMEI no. [protected] and send me to service centre Accel Frontline Limited in Nehru Place.

Now your service executive telling me that its motherboard need to be change and ask me to pay Rs.1700/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred) or 70% of my hand set price.
So could you tell me I should pay money when my hand set on warranty period its an technical fault of handset not any kind of physical damaged. So kindly reply me soon what should do unless I should go to Consumer Form to make complain against your company. I am waiting for your reply. You can reply me in my certain addresses given below.

i am from nagpur holding your company cell [FLY SX210] from last seven months, the problem is that in this less span of time i got damage in the head phone and the major problem is that i am not getting this head phone any where in the nagpur not in the service centre also.what to do with this cell phone better to keep or throw in dust-bin.kindly mail me the service station in nagpur frm where i could get this accessories.plzzzzzzzz...

Fly Mobile — fly mobile problem in warranty period

hi i am sanjay from gurgaon i have bought a fly handset in dec.-2009, this handset is 2 time proublem in warrenty period. i went fly mobile care
(soni cell phone sec-14 gurgaon) on dated 04/06/10. and not ok my handset on dated 28/06/10 . i said ," i am not repair my handset in warrenty period. becouse my hand set last 24 days on mobile shop. but shopkeepar not handover my handset . i am not satisfy this fly mobile care.
i am very sad.

I was purchased a fly cell phone B430 in the month of may. With in 4 moths in it have many problems & now day it have keypad problem. Your services are very bad. I am facing many problems with this fly handset.

i had purchased a fly cell B470 it has been around 20days the scroll is not working at all .It has sensor i went to service center they are saying that it will short out in 2 weeks. i don't want this mobile please exchange the cell phone .I know in future also it will have problem .please call me .Other wise i am sorry to tell u that i will go to consumer court for help . Your service is not good.
