delay in repair

resp sir,
i dr.amod pendharkar ,living in satara , handover my car ford figo purchased on 14 aug 2010 to pune branch planet ford balaji nagar for repar since 35 days occured still not repaired ,i have to phone daily to them ,nobody is callin g me and detailing me, still confused people of planet ford, no full assurance given to me , being doctor difficult to stay without car,i have extended warrenty, my car no- MH 11 AK 9145, BEING FIRST MEMBER OF SATARA WHO PURCHASED FIGO DISEL TITANUM.KINDLY TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER LIKE ME ,i had lost my patience, no full assurance from company,given me bill amount 1 lakh 15000, kindly help meas early as possible,otherwise i have to take serious action against ford comp,

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford.
