have registered with company www.homebaseworks.com for form filling jobs(bronze plan Rs.4200) on 07/03/2012and made a payment on 13/03/2012 through Cash.Before i have registered this company i ask for the company of the legitimacy,then they told that it is 100% legitimate company head office at UK.They told that within 24 hrs you are going to recieive the work and start working.They told that they make payment on every Saturday.After i transfer the money then i should send the details of payment to
their email regrecievecogmail.com and info@homebaseworks.com.After then two days have passed and the phone no. given is switched off.No contact have been made from their side as they told that our accounts department would contact you after the confirmation of payment. So, please tell me how to take legal action against them.
