I got my complete health check done under the "Full Body Package (Men)" at Fortis Hospital (Vasant Kunj, Delhi) on 14 Mar 2013
I had full faith and trust in whatever the reports stated, till a accidentally noticed my blood group wrongly mentioned as B+ whereas I am aware that its B- (Driving License copy attached confirming my blood group).
This has shattered my trust in the entire report costing a fortune of money besides the basis of human life.
