They give false committments. Don't trust these guys. Even after full payment, vehicle delivery dates are postponed without prior intimation. You will be shocked to see NO vehicle in the godown if you go to the dealer place on the committed date (Delivery Date). One of the worst managed dealers I have come across so far. They even do not have the record of the stock they have with them. Customer care executives lack in the mannerism. Even the Manager level personnel fail to solve the issues of the customers. Keep aside solving problems, Managers even do not pick up customer phone calls which is very annoying. My overall rating to this motor dealer is 0.5 out of 5. Very pathetic & frustrating experience for me.
