Same position, no one to pick up the telephone, on that B4, you dont find any Bharat Gas office

Booked Cylender not delivering
My consumer no: 17173 with M/s. FRIENDS GAS SERVICE (BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTION) 217 SUKHDEV VIHAR NEW DELHI-110025
I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 18/01/2010. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. On booking I was given to understand that the delivery would be made within 10 days. However, booked cylinder has not been delivered till today despite repeated follow up with delivery man. Now-a-days both the telephone nos. of Friends Gas have been lying engaged on working hours. Probably, there is some foul play and hence I would request the authority concerned to take appropriate action on my complaint.

This is to inform you that, we have booked a gas cylinder by internet booking on 01/02/2010 as per the said mail (reply from your end). And till date we have not received the same.
Also inform you that from past 20-25 days, the gas agency's (Friends Gas Services, New Friends Colony) phone nos are not in working condition and we are not able to genting any response from their side. We are in very urgent need of gas cylinder.
Hence, please look into this matter and I request you to please release the gas cylinder at the earliest.

Friends gasservice (Bharat gas) service is very bad services gas booked on 15/02/2010 but not recived my consumer no is 2773
worst service ...problem in booking as phone remains busy during working hour and moble remains swtch off.Any how you managed to bbok the gas by personal visit at the agency, , , , , , even then you have to wait 10 to 15 days atleast to get the delivery/
Same is happening with me. Guess department should cancel the License.
