Hello,
This is to bring to your notice that how these small time businesses are looting innocent people of their hard earned money. I have been using an Airtel prepaid number since over 2 years. Recently i was approached by a lady named "Gayatri" from "Frontline Salesmart Pvt Ltd" who was offering to change my prepaid number to postpaid. It all went well and i paid Rs. 300 as the transfer charges for transferring from prepaid to postpaid until recently when i started following up with them. I haven't heard from them since then. It has been almost a month since i have made the payment. If they are unable to provide the services they should atleast refund the amount.
