Hi,
This is to inform that I had applied for POSTPAID connection on
11/10/2013.
I received a new postpaid sim the same day but the sim is still not active.
The new sim number(postpaid) which i received is :[protected]H2
I had tried contacting the concerned person, Name : Mayur (Contact No :
[protected]) many times but there is no response since long time.
This type of behavior is UN-expectable from a Multinational telecom company.
The sim is still not active yet and I don't find anyone looking into the issues
although many days have already passed.
Kindly update me with status of my new sim connection as soon as possible.
And I also request you to please ACTIVATE my postpaid connection as soon as
possible
