[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit Company — Foreclosure | |||
Dear Sir /Mam I Bought a hero honda bike in augest 2010 against which i had taken a loan from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LTD. Due to some reasons, i decided to foreclose the loan & on 28 Feb 2011 i paid the whole foreclosure amount of Rs.19906 receipt No. 4346642 Dated 28/02/2011. But on[protected]my EMI Date) they again deduct the Emi from my bank account. I had a talk with Mr.Suresh Yadav (Collection Head [protected]) & he said that The company Will return that amount positively by 20/03/2011 but till date i havent received any Cheque od D.D.
