Dear Sir/Madam, This is regards to my request posted before also (Please find below URL) for complaining about future bazaar. https://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/future-bazaar-product-not-delivered...⇄ Still I am waiting to get my product, below is the details of my order: Product Description : Mitashi MH 5001 Wireless headphone FBID: 2579456 Order Number : [protected] Payment Status: Payment Confirmed on[protected] Order Placed on:[protected] Please see the above details which I placed order on 10 May and today is 16 May and yet to receive my order, and and received call from their escalation head (Mr. Aditya) and he told me that I am looking into this on HIGH Priority to get your order in time but after 12 May he also didn't back to me for status. This is the service that future bazaar providing to customer. The WORST BAKWAAS customer service award in India should be given to Future Bazaar Group. This is inline to our earlier conversation dated 13th May 2011, I would like to confirm that the lead time of delivery for the product you have ordered is 7 working days post realization of payment. The payment against the order was received at our end on 12th May 2011 and the order was processed on the same day.
As discussed today, the said product has already been dispatched from our end via TNT courier airway bill number[protected]. The product is currently "In Transit" and as confirmed by our logistic partners the same will be delivered at the shipping address within the next 24 to 48hours.
