mera nitu c panchal hai aur me ahmedabad me rahti hu.mene future capital me se home loan aur morgadge loan liya tha per muje ab business expantion ke liye capital ki jarurat hui to me ne meri loan dushre fiancial institute me top up aur loan transfer kar diya hai jis ka muje scnction letter bhi mil gaya hai.

ab maine future capital ko 7/9/2012 ko l.o d (list of document) aur four closure ke liye mail kiya tha per proper reply nahi mila tha phir mere husband ne customer care per phone karke baat ki per proper jawab nahi mila .baad me bahau phone aur mail bhej ne baad muje 15/10/2012 ko shirf lod (list of document) ka mail aaya per four closure amount nahi mila aaj yeh matter ko karib 52 days ho gaye hai per result zero hai.

maine unko mail kar ke mention kiya hai ke next EMI me nahi paid karungi b coz meri loan sanctioned ho gai hai aur late future capital ki taraf se hua hai.jis ka interest lost me nahi bhugat sakti
