Future Capital Holding — Against vehicle loan

took loan from future capital for discover bike but bank has been holding my Registration certificate of bike, after so many reminder and visit they said that they will provide in next month then I paid next installment. After next installment I again asked for RC but same reply will give you next month please pay Installment and this happened reputedly for 6 month and not providing me RC till date so i stop paying installment.
It hampered my cibil score as well so please do needful.
