i am mrs. sheenam. I have taken 2 policy future generali life insurance month of june due to same resion i can't cantinum policy but compay are not cencal these policy kindily sotut my problam . My policy num are 00143102 or 00149741.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I haven't received my PF amount yet which I have applied via my employer, Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd in May 28 2009. I left from the services of Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd on November 29th 2008. I was advised that the amount would credit into my account in 3 months but I haven't received till date.

Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd — Non receipt of PF Amount for Albin C. Kuriakose

This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Mr. Albin C. Kuriakose was working with Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd from 28.07.2008 to 29.11.2008 and I haven't received my PF amount till date. I did send my duly filled PF retrieval form on 02.12.2009 via courier and I have been informed that the documents were produced to PF office on 21.01.2010 and shall be glad to know as to how long does it take for the amount to get credited into my account. I would appreciate very much if you kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I received my policy bonds but that is not original it is stamped by duplicate.
I want to cancel this policy, sales manager has told me you can received your amount with interest after 3 years, but this is not mentioned in my policy bond, So, I want to cancel this policy bond & return my policy amount.

Dear Sir, Myself worked with Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd as Sales Manager at Chandigarh between March 21st 2008 to Feb. 9th 2010 with Emply. code 880625 and PF Acc. No-MH/487/08/696. After resigning in Feb 2010 i submitted fully signed & complete PF Withdrawal form to Chandigarh HR Manager in March 2010 and i was assured to get the claim in next six month time i.e in Sept. 2010.When i confirmed in Sept.2010 i came to know that Chandigarh HR Manager has resigned & i need to contact zonal office in Delhi. When i contacted & mailed an query at Delhi HR Manager Mr munish Kapoor i was told after few days & many mails that Chandigard HR Manager has not submitted the document & they are unable to find out thus kindly send it again, Which i did in no time i.e in Oct.2010 & send again the complete & signed document at Delhi office which they confirmed its recipt & was assured to send claim in next 45 days, But to my surprise even after so many remuinders & Request i have not received the claim till Date. Sir use your influence to expedite the process so that i get my PF ASAP.
