Futurebazaar.com — ordered an AC but they did not delivered | |||
I have orderred a AC from futurebazaar.com, order number is [protected] on 3rd february. They have promissed us to deliver within 7 days, After 7 days i did not get my AC so i called to customer care to know status. I got shocking answer that they dont have AC in stock and agaist 1 ton LG AC, they asked my to accept 1.5 ton wirlpool AC! I was very surprised that how come they react after 7 days that they dont have AC in stock I am very disappoint with their service and i request everyone that dont buy anything from futuregroup, they have rubbished service Was this information helpful? | |||

I advice you to change this format as I already knew that you are going to reply same.
BTW I got call from futurebazaar after posting this blog, they promised me that they will arrange 1 ton AC with 5 star rating (either LG or Samung) so waiting for call from futurbazaar on monday..

As discussed, I am extremely sorry for not been able to arrange an additional unit for the product from our end. I also understand that the alternate product offered is not as per your expectation and you wish to get the amount refunded for the same. I confirm that the said order has been cancelled and the amount charged to you for the order has been initiated by us.
