Garbage Dumping — illegal garbage dumping near residential area

MCD Sweepers use to took garbage from the drain and spread it on tside of our home and completely through out the face of our home and entry to home and dont to remove it from there .WE have requeested them several time to remove the garbage from our home but every time he is aksing for Rs. 50/- why should we pay them . My parents are senior citizens and for them it is very difficult to enter our premises due to that garbage completely spread on road .I have requested so many times to them for quick removal of garbage and leave spaces so that we can move to our home .Please help me as i am facing a lot of difficulty die to this . Kindly intervene into the matter.

Garbage Dump — Dumped garbage needs to be removed from the residential area

Hi,

I am Shailendra Singh resident o[censored]CO Apartments, sector-9, plot no.34, Rohini, Delhi- 110085. I have noticed from last few months the local sweapers (they say they are MCD sweapers) are contineously dumping the local garbage at the back area of our society. This is an open area just behind our apartments that they are using to dump the garbage during morning time.

I have asked these sweapers not to dump the garbage there but they really do not care and reply back saying they are MCD staff and the garbage will be removed by MCD transport soon. However, I have also noticed once a truck and a crane came and removed just 20% of the complete garbage and vanished from from the site after just 1/2 hr. (They might have reported in their department they finished the work).

My major concern is that the open area is becomming the dumping ground for the local garbage that too because of the MCD staff. This is just behind our society and on top of it is, there is a pre-nursery school (Shemrock) just beside the site.

We have observed the MCD inspectors often visit our houses to check and isue 'Chalaans' for spreading Dangue etc. but nobody is concerned about something which is too HUGE in front of all that.

I am hoping someone will be able to sort this issue soon.

AFTER ALL WE ARE THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY PAYING THE SALARIES TO GOVT. EMPLOYEES.

THIS IS TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS THE PROBLEM WE ARE FACING EVERYDAY. ON 5TH ROAD OF KHAR WEST ( OLD KHAR) THE ROAD SWEEPERS APOINTED BY BMC COOLECT THE ROAD SIDE GARBAEGE AND THROUGH AT ONE POINT, ON ROAD ONLY, THAT IS NEAR PLOT NO.569...AND THEN FOLOWED BY ALL TO DUMP THE GARBAGE AT THE SAME PLACE ONLY....MADE MANY COMPLAINTS TO CONTROL ROOM BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.....
SECONDLY NOW ON THE SAME PLACE ( OUT SIDE PLOT NO.569) ONE VEGETABLE VENDER IS GETTING HIS VEGETABLES BY TRANSPORT EVERYDAY BETWEEN 2 PM TO 3 P.M....HE HAS MADE THE PLACE AS RECEIVING AND SORTING PLACE FOR HIS VEGETABLES....HE ALSO DUMP THE REMAININGS OVER THERE ONLY.....

Please note that dumping trucks are not coming in our area. No action has been taken after repeated complaints.
